We were on a cruise and a bit nervous after an email from Americo said no credit card needed to hold booking just a cell number and cash payment after tour completed to be given to driver. Our driver, was waiting for us on arrival with a big sign with our name on it! It was about 110 degrees outside and Americo was dressed in a shirt and tie. Looking quite handsome.We spent the entire day with him. We were five, 3 adults and 2 children 9,11 years old. Americo was amazing. We went on an all day tour to Sorrento, Amalfi Coast and Pompei. Americo spoke slowly and clearly to ensure we understood his accent and drove at a reasonable speed on the tiny roads of the Amalfi Coast. We were never nervous with him at the wheel although i can assure you some drivers drove crazy. Americo and his family actually live in Sorrento so who better to show you around. He is proud of his country and it shows in how he speaks about it. He pulled over on the side of the road and pointed out an island by the coast and explained a story about it. It had to do with greek mythology and my 11 year old daughter knew all about what he was saying. Americo got a big kick out of that and so did we. He was great with the kids. By the end of this trip we felt as if he were part of our family. It was actually hard to say goodbye and my children Gillian and James adored him. He got us back to the ship in plenty of time for our ships departure. You could tell he loves his job and he is great at it. I highly recommend this company and you would be very lucky to have Americo as your driver. The price was totally reasonable and worth every penny. Call this company, you will not be dissapointed.
